TAK Standard-Level Subscription
TAK Standard Subscription Technical Support includes technical support includes periodic OS patching (i.e., security updates) - applying approved CentOS 7 operating system updates on a monthly basis, or as needed as major operating system vulnerabilities are discovered and a fix developed by Red Hat, who manages CentOS.

TAK Premium-Level Subscription Technical Support
Additional technical support is available through the Premium Subscription which includes:

  • Annual TAK Server Software version updates when officially released by the TAK Product Center.

  • Annual TAK Server Software version upgrades when officially released by the TAK Product Center. If the total duration of the Service ordered by the User exceeds 6 months, then the User will be entitled to an Upgrade, at the User’s request.

  • Provides technical support to setup one new/modified federation per month.
