Easy Access to All TAK Service

The TAK server works behind the scenes to integrate and deliver the right data to the right users, whether it’s chat, maps, or images. Users on different kinds of devices and different platforms can work together more effectively with optimized situational awareness.

Price

  • One-time setup Fee: $2,000  (applied at checkout)
  • Plus, $3900 per month up to 1000 users.


Cloud Service

  • Procurement and configuration of two c5xlarge AWS instance.
  • OS installation and OS-level security hardening.
  • Application of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Category I, II, and III controls.
  • Application of TAK-specific firewall policies.


TAK Services and Support

  • TAK Server installation and basic secure configuration.
  • Enabling Transport Layer Security (TLS) with x509 digital certificates
  • Disabling all non-TLS services.
  • Configuration of a second separate virtual machine to house the TAK database for increased scalability.
  • Certificate generation and management up to 1000 certificates.
  • Configuration of data retention policy, with default of nightly deletion older than 7 days.
  • Configuration of repeater beacons.
  • Configuration of data backups (6 month rolling window).
  • Configuration and maintenance of groups.


Technical Support

  • Periodic OS patching (i.e., security updates) - applying approved CentOS 7 operating system updates on a monthly basis, or as needed as major operating system vulnerabilities are discovered.
  • Telephone Support. Telephone and email support 8am-8pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.
  • Annual TAK Server Software version updates (if the total duration of the Service ordered by the User exceeds 6 months, then the User will be entitled to an Upgrade, at the User’s request).
  • Will provide support to setup one new/modified federation per month.
